I will consider factors such as any updates or renovations, unique features, as well as what amenities are in the neighbourhood, and historical values.


In order to find that perfect buyer for your home, we will need to market the property correctly. This is where that Marketing degree comes in handy. Apart from your property being shown on the MLS website for all REALTORS®, I will use social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram to promote your home. I work with professional photographers to get the best pictures and use of space for your home, with the possibility of using 3D and virtual tours. I will also use Open Houses, advertisements, direct mail and the use of signs to get your property the exposure it needs.
